  18.  Even though this is kind of cheesy  release by my standards, I felt that  this
  19.  could be  useful and more or less original. There is one other similar utility
  20.  written by Al Bundy a while ago.  Since it didn't work to good  I  decided  to
  21.  write one.   Unlike  Al  Bundy's chatter, this  one  features  word  wrapping,
  22.  inserting/deleting lines, walking  up and down the chat window with your arrow
  23.  keys, and, of course, saving/restoring  the  original screen after the chat is
  24.  completed.  This is just to name a few things that are there. Most, if not all
  25.  of those options were not in Al Bundy's chatter.

  29.  I can't say much about how to run this program, it should be self-explanatory.

  34.  EDC was  written  in  C  and compiled with Borland C++ 3.1 for  DOS  with  all
  35.  necessary optimizations for the cleanest performance. You must have at least a
  36.  80386 machine in order to run it.
